Kate Leigh Cutler is a native of beachfront Bay Head, NJ and has spent her life on the shores of New Jersey, Maine, and Bermuda. Inspired mostly through observation, her watercolors express a lifelong fascination with the natural landscape of light and color mingling to create emotionally charged waterscapes. An honors graduate of Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia and recipient of creativity awards in past design related careers, painting has become her medium of choice and passion. Kate’s art has been installed in coastal galleries from the San Juan Islands in Washington to the East Coast and Bermuda. Originals and prints are available at her Shell Cottage Studio in Bay Head.
