Sue T. Oliver has lived all her life in New Jersey, growing up in Matawan and moving to the shore in 1968. She graduated from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) with a degree in Art Education and retired in 2006 after twenty-eight years of teaching. Sue specializes in house portraits, boardwalk and other local scenes, and landscapes. She usually works in acrylics on canvas and paper; watercolor and pen and ink are used as well. Sue’s art has been carried in local galleries since 1986. Originals, limited edition prints on paper and canvas, and notecards can be found at Frederick Galleries in Spring Lake, NJ. She and her husband live in Ocean Township.
